Long time, no talk! Life has been hectic as I just moved back to Paris from NYC so here are my wishlist items & more
I hate getting off schedule and changing my routine, but I ended up last minute moving out of my NYC apartment, got my french visa back with an EARLIER start date, rebooked my flight to Paris, and moved into my Paris apartment in the span of 3 days. Life is insane.
But with that all being said, I appreciate your patience as I am working on some fun ideas during my time here before popping back to The Hamptons for my private cheffing job this summer.
Some Things I’ve Made Lately & Can’t Stop Thinking About
Dinner Party:
I cheffed it up for some friends for a casual dinner. For starters we had some local Long Island oysters with a homemade mignonette. For the mains, the menu consisted of: seared jumbo prawns w/ chili crunch butter, sundried tomato risotto, garlic roasted broccolini on whipped lemon zest ricotta, radicchio salad w/ shaved parmesan, grapefruit slices, and crushed pistachios with a french vinaigrette.
